Delivery Terms

We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order and the delivery time will be made within 7 workings days at the time of your order checkout (as updated in the Order Confirmation)

Upon delivery of the flower, you may be required to sign for delivery. You may contact Mandy Florist Customer Service Team 012-7515240 or drop us an email here in case of any faults, defects or damage. You shall be able to provide the documents delivered with the flower, upon request.

Shipping Terms 

There are five optional box will be presented in the shipping page followed by checking list.

i) Self pick-up

ii) Buying over RM200, free delivery on delivery address of nearby area. (postal code: From 80000 – 80990, 81100, 81200, 81300 )

iii) Buying over RM500, free delivery on delivery address of area excluding Johor Bahru. (postal code: 79000 – 79683, 81000, 81400, 81500, 81550, 81700, 81750, 81800, 81900, 82000, 86100) 

iv) Buying below RM200, delivery fee charged RM20 on delivery address of Johor Bahru area. (postal code: From 80000 – 80990, 81100, 81200, 81300 )

v) Buying below RM500, delivery fee charged RM50 on delivery address of area excluding Johor Bahru. (postal code: 79000 – 79683, 81000, 81400, 81500, 81550, 81700, 81750, 81800, 81900, 82000, 86100)

Refund Policy

All sold flower is not refundable. What if any damage on delivery route, it may be replaced by new ones with same pattern that your order. But it can’t redeem for replacement after you checking the delivered flower and agreeing on arrive times.
